Dr. Emilia Primeri graduated in Political Sciences in Siena and in 2009 finished her PhD in Methods and instruments for the evaluation of Research, University G. d’Annunzio Chieti – Pescara, defending a thesis on “The internationalization of Italian scientific institutions. The analysis of the effects of EUFPs participation on academic institutions through a case study”.

Since February 2008 she is research fellow at CERIS CNR collaborating on several European and national research projects (EC RTD Tool on ERA Indicators, EC-JOREP on Joint and Open Programmes, Prest-ENCE From Prestige to Excellence in higher education ANR-FR. She also co-author the METRIS Report for Italy on national policies for SSH.
