Sandra Racionero holds a double PhD in Educational Psychology (Learning Sciences) and Curriculum and Instruction by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was a Fulbright scholar. She was the only European to be awarded with the 2011 Academic Achievement Award among all international students at UW-Madison. She participated as a researcher in the FP6 INCLUD-ED project. Currently, she is Ramon y Cajal Researcher at the University of Lleida. Furthermore, Sandra Racionero has been the Director of Research of the Faculty of Education at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, where she was also the Scientific Director of the First International Scientific Seminar in Learning Sciences. She has published her work in the Journal of Psycho-didactics and Qualitative Inquiry, among other top ranked scientific journals. She is co-editor of the International Journal of Educational Psychology, where have published some of the most prestigious contemporary psychologists.
